פרופ' דליה גבריאלי נורי, עו"ד ומרצה בחוג לפוליטיקה ותקשורת במכללה אקדמית הדסה, ירושלים. 

פרופ' גבריאלי נורי סיימה תואר ראשון במשפטים באוניברסיטה העברית בירושלים ושני תארים שניים, בלימודי ביטחון (בהצטיינות יתירה) ובתורת הספרות (בהצטיינות) באוניברסיטת תל אביב. את לימודי הדוקטורט עשתה בבית הספר למדעי התרבות באוניברסיטת תל אביב. עבודת הדוקטורט שלה עסקה בתרומת התרבות הישראלית להפתעת מלחמת יום הכיפורים. 

את ההשתלמות שלאחר הדוקטורט עשתה פרופ' גבריאלי נורי ב UC Berkekey בקליפורניה, במחלקה ללימודי המזרח הקרוב (Near Eastern Studeies) ובמחלקה לבלשנות. 

פרופ' גבריאלי נורי מתמחה בחקר שיח ביקורתי (Critical Discourse Analysis, CDA) ופיתחה את הענף העומד בתפר שבין תרבות לתקשורת Cultural Approach to CDA. בתחומים אלה כתבה עשרות מאמרים וספרים אחדים, העוסקים בשיח המלחמה והשלום בישראל ובעולם.
