    ד"ר יהודית קאהן היא כלכלנית וחוקרת בעלת ניסיון של למעלה מעשרים שנה בהוראה אקדמית. היא מרצה בכירה בעלת תואר שלישי בהצטיינות יתרה בכלכלה אזורית מאוניברסיטת אקס-מרסיי 3 (צרפת).

    תחומי מחקרה מתמקדים בכלכלת המזרח התיכון, ובפרט בהשפעות ההגירה על עוני ואי־שוויון במדינות האזור, ובהן טורקיה, מצרים ומרוקו. בשנים האחרונות היא עוסקת גם בניתוח כלכלי של שיתופי פעולה מסחריים ותעשייתיים בין ישראל למדינות עמן כוננו הסכמי שלום, תוך בחינת הפוטנציאל הכלכלי לצד האילוצים הפוליטיים והמבניים.

    ד"ר קאהן מלמדת מגוון רחב של קורסים בתחומי הכלכלה, המימון, השיווק והמיתוג, וכן במדיניות ציבורית. בהוראתה היא משלבת בין עומק תיאורטי, חשיבה ביקורתית ויישום מעשי, במטרה להקנות לסטודנטים כלים אנליטיים עדכניים להבנת תהליכים כלכליים וסביבת קבלת החלטות מורכבת.
