Upon completion of my architecture studies at the Technion - IIT with honours, I began working as an architect in conservation, and as an environmental planner at SPNI - Society for Conservation of Nature.

Experiencing actual architectural practice raised questions which brought me back to the academic world and design research. My Msc thesis "On Un/Certainty In Digital Architectural Design" was awarded the Technion Research Excellence Award and is an investigation into the conventional view that the architectural design process is a controlled-based process, thus questioning the digital AI based design process, in which designers consciously decide to give up control as part of the creative process. The research is centred around a case study in digital design.

This study led me to expand the project further as part of a PhD  in University College London, The Bartlett School of Planning, Energy and Environment. My doctorate, supervised by Prof. Philip Steadman, focuses on the digital pioneers, the initial major designers and artists to use generative AI in order to enhance creative thinking in the practice of design. During my years in London, I taught in the Master's program at the Bartlett, AAC- Adaptive Architecture and Computation.

Today I am a member of the Art Society Computer, whose members are artists and researchers from various disciplines, and I continue to pursue my research interest in the application of AI as part of a dialogue that can empower human creative thinking. I am a lecturer in Tel Hai College, where I am interested in exploring innovative teaching AI based methods, and working on my book on dialogical thought and generative design.
