    Chen Sharony has a Ph.D. in Public Policy and Administration from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev. Her study deals with the gap between Public preferences for redistribution and actual policy. Chen also takes part in studies concerning social capital and health and public preferences for redistribution. Chen teaches several courses at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, Sapir Academic College and Ashkelon Academic college.

    Daniel J.N. Weishut, PsyD, MBA, is a Clinical Psychologist, Senior Lecturer in the Department of Social Work and Staff Member in the Office for the Promotion of Teaching Quality at Hadassah Academic College. At the Department, he fulfills the functions of Group Work Coordinator, Student Counsellor for Ultra-Orthodox Students, Coordinator Project for the Advance of Arab Students, and Erasmus+ Coordinator. Furthermore, he is Co-Editor of Mikbatz – the Israel Journal of Group Psychotherapy and publishes about interpersonal, group, and organizational encounters. He has a private practice and is active in organizations for social change.

    Dr. Frida Elek benmoshe (Ph.D.)

    A community social worker and researcher in the field of information and knowledge management. She holds a bachelor's and a master's degree in social work from the Hebrew University, as well as an additional master's degree and a Ph.D. in information and knowledge management from the University of Haifa. Her doctoral research focused on the online accessibility of rights-related information, information barriers in the process of claiming rights, readability, and search patterns. Her articles have been published in leading academic journals and have influenced the adaptation of information on the "Kol Zchut" website.
    Alongside her research activities, Frida has held roles in knowledge management, learning, and evaluation in social organizations and the public sector, including the Ministry of Welfare, the Maoz organization, and Oranim College. She has worked for over a decade as a community social worker in organizations dedicated to promoting and making rights more accessible, striving to bridge the worlds of social welfare with data, information, and knowledge management.

    Mrs. Gitit Broid is a Ph.D student at Ben-Gurion University. Her research deals with immigration, multiculturalism and specifically, parental experience during cultural transition, and the changes in values, believes and practices of parents from the Bukharan community.

    Gitit Broid is a social worker and a psychotherapist, who works in a mental haelth clinic, and in a private clinic, a group psychotherapist and a supervisor. Previously she worked with adolescents, Holocaust survivors, 'second generation', and bereaved parents. She is an active partner in the 'DEMO' project, which deals with developing modernized curricula of immigrants and multicultural studies, in academic institutions in Israel, in collaboration with academic institutions in Europe.

    She was a lecturer at the department of Social Work at Ben Gurion University and Beit Berl College.

     

  • Hadas Vittelson-Margalit

    Dr. Hadas Vittelson-Margalit (Ph.D.)

    Dr. Hadas Vittelson-Margalit (Phd) is a clinical psychologist.

    She is a lecturer at the Social Work School at The Jerusalem Multidisciplinary College, and at Bar-Ilan University. 

    She was also a lecturer at Ariel University in Samaria, at the Ruppin Academic Center, and at the Haredi branch in Jerusalem.

     She holds a BA degree and a MA degree in Clinical Psychology of children from the department of Psychology at Bar-Ilan University. She received her PhD also from the department of Psychology at Bar-Ilan University. Her research title was: "Self-Awareness: Adaptive and Pathological Aspects".

    In parallel with her academic work, she is engaged in the field of psychotherapy as a clinical psychologist. She owns a private clinic in Jerusalem, for the treatment of children, teenagers and adults. Prior to that she worked as a clinical psychologist at the Geha Mental Health Center.
