    Ifat  is a speech-language pathologist and manager of the Speech and Language Clinic at Hadassah College.
    Ifat completed her bachelor's degree in Communication Disorders at Hadassah Academic College in Jerusalem and her master's degree in Special Education with a specialization in hearing impairments at Tel Aviv University. She is currently pursuing her doctoral degree in Special Education at Bar-Ilan University, focusing on emotional understanding and social functioning in children with autism, and researching the impact of technological intervention programs integrated within special education settings.
    Ifat previously worked in assessment and treatment of children in areas of language impairments, developmental disorders, and communication at the Child Development Institute of Maccabi Health Services in Modi'in. She has been practicing as a speech-language pathologist in her private clinic for over a decade, specializing in these areas.
    Additionally, she specializes in developing advanced educational technologies for promoting language skills and improving speech intelligibility.

     Irit Vega Badihi, is a speech pathologist and audiologist and lecturer in the Department of Communication Disorders at The Jerusalem Multidisciplinary College, .

    She graduated with a BA in Communication Disorders from Tel Aviv University. She completed a master's degree (MSc) in medical science from the Hebrew University, in the field of hearing physiology, under the supervision of Professor Haim Somer.

    Since 2002, a speech pathologist and audiologist at the Communication Disorders and Audiology department at Hadassah Ein Kerem Medical Center: specializes in eating and swallowing disorders in children and adults, treating stuttering at all ages and hearing tests.

    For over 10 years, was a speech pathologist at Mashi (Child Rehabilitation Center), specializes in the rehabilitation of children with multidisciplinary disabilities in the fields of communication, speech and eating.

    In 2015, she taught the stuttering and fluency disorders for second year students, at Haredi college campus.
