Congratulations to Lior Naamati Schneider on the publication of her article “Developing AI Literacy in Medical and Health Professions Education: Exploring ChatGPT, ChatBots Development, and Simulation-Based Learning” in Nurse Education in Practice (Q1 IF4-), co-authored with Prof. Dorit Alt from Tel Hai College.

The article focuses on integrating artificial intelligence technologies into the training of healthcare professionals and examines an innovative simulation-based learning model that combines activities with ChatGPT alongside the development of dedicated ChatBots by the students themselves.

The findings indicate that while both components contributed to the acquisition of prompting skills (designing and refining commands), the ChatBot development stage had a significantly greater impact on students’ intrinsic motivation, particularly enhancing their sense of self-efficacy and engagement in the learning process.
