Oz Davidian, a lawyer and farmer from Moshav Maslul, made 15 trips from his home to the Nova party on the morning of October 7 to rescue 120 young people caught in the attack. He narrowly escaped ambushes set by the terrorists along the way, and footage from his car cameras has become one of the historical records illustrating his bravery that day.

Since then, Davidian has continued to support the survivors he saved, assisting them and others struggling with post-traumatic challenges. For his extraordinary actions, he was awarded the Civil Courage Medal by President Isaac Herzog.

Recently, he gave a lecture at the Department of Politics and Communication, sharing his experiences and acts of heroism from that day. His story has previously been documented by Channel 13 field reporter and department lecturer Yossi Eli through field reports and a documentary titled Oz’s List (in collaboration with Gidi Maron).
