The Department of Industrial Design places people and society at the heart of its curriculum—an approach that continues to guide my work to this day.

The department’s close-knit, collaborative atmosphere was one of the most meaningful parts of my academic experience. The connections formed with students from all years created a vibrant community where mutual inspiration and genuine support helped us thrive in an intensive and demanding program.

Today, in the 3D Unit of the Center for Nanotechnology, I work with a wide range of research groups on projects that span numerous disciplines and requirements. Each project presents its own unique needs and constraints.

Whether the challenge is ergonomic, emotional, or social, I strive to incorporate the perspective and design principles I gained during my studies—ensuring that every solution reflects thoughtful, human-centered design.
