Dr. Aviv Ze'evi Balasiano is a senior executive in innovation and technology, with over 25 years of experience at the intersection of academia, industry, and government. He serves as Vice President and Head of the Technological Infrastructure Division at the Israel Innovation Authority, where he leads national programs in quantum technologies, advanced manufacturing, advanced computing, and international scientific cooperation. Alongside his professional role, Dr. Ze'evi holds a Ph.D. in Information Systems from Tel Aviv University, and has combined throughout his career senior management positions, entrepreneurship, and the leadership of national and European policy programs.

Freddy's professional experience is in the field of software development, and he has performed a variety of roles, from software development in high-tech companies to development management in a variety of companies. He currently manages the products division of the Civil Service Commission and is the founder of the start-up company Paths.careers.

He has extensive experience in algorithms development for the industry, mainly in optimization and constraint satisfaction problems, and experience in building machine-learning models.

Freddy has a bachelor's degree in business administration, a master's degree in industrial management, and a doctorate in data science from the management department of Bar Ilan University. Currently studying for a master's degree in software engineering

Dr. Ilya Birfer is a lecturer in Information Systems Management at the Hadassah Academic College and other institutions. In addition, he provides professional consulting services to leading organizations in the industry.

With over 10 years of teaching experience and several publications in academic journals on topics related to information systems management, Dr. Birfer brings a wealth of expertise to his field.

His academic interests revolve around information systems management, ERP systems, and information systems implementation.

Dr. Birfer holds a Bachelor's degree in Logistics and Economics from Bar-Ilan University (2003), a Master's degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Information Systems from The Open University (2010), and a Ph.D. in Information Systems Management from Poznan University of Business and Economics (2020).

Ms. Ravit Cohen Shiner is a licensed attorney under Israeli law (2005). She holds a BA in Law from the L.LB Law Faculty (2004), and an M.Sc. in Law from the Department of Conflict Management and Resolution at Bar Ilan University (2007).

Adv. Shiner owns and runs a law firm in the heart of Tel Aviv's business district specializing in commercial matters, including contracts, copyrights, trademarks, defamation, and immovable property.

Ravit has extensive academic and teaching experience. She is a senior lecturer, and guides groups in courses, workshops, training, and programs in all aspects of Israeli law.

Ravit joined our team in 2014, and lectures in the Department of Organizational Service Management. She has taught a wide variety of courses, such as introductory law, business law, labor law, health law, and medical ethics and negotiation and mediation tactics.

Since 2015, Ravit has been a lecturer on the Strauss Women's Campus - the Department of Management.
