    Tali Nathan Malinoff is a Ph.D. candidate in the Department of Public Policy and Management of the Faculty of Management at Ben-Gurion University in Israel. Her work deals with the intersection of urban management strategy, public service marketing, innovation, a healthy lifestyle and behavioral economics. Her objective is mapping the actions that define the local authority's policy of encouraging a healthy lifestyle and assessing its success in tailoring its messages to various groups.
    Since 2020, she has been a lecturer in the Department of Management and Public Policy at Ben Gurion University. She teaches a course entitled Innovation in Local Government and is a teaching assistant for several courses including Public Management, Management and Policy in Local Government, Values-Based Leadership, and Leadership and Management.
    Tali is a Graduate of the Cadets for Local Government program of the Israeli Ministry of the Interior and the Atidim Association for local government positions. From 2016 to 2020, she worked as a consultant to the CEO of a municipality in Israel. This experience motivated her to investigate the issue, with the aim of promoting the well-being of society and reducing disparities, especially in the peripheral areas of the country.

    Dr Keren Mazuz, (MA, PhD) is a medical anthropologist, the head of the M.As degree program in management at Hadassah Academic College, Jerusalem. Her main areas of scientific interests are anthropological, interdisciplinary research and cross-cultural ethnography about elderly care, assistive technology and social robotics, care and cure arrangements, dementia care, human behaviors and emotions, social robotics in Japan.

    In her work she  focused on: Innovation, Gender and Collaborative Management practices in metropolitan cities.

    She  also lectured in the course: "Innovation in the public sector", in the Faculty of Management at Ben Gurion University.

    In addition to her academic experience, she works as a strategy & media consultant for public and private organizations.
