    Dr. Elina Bardach-Yalov is a former Member of the Israeli Knesset. She was an adviser to the Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and served as a press secretary for the Ministry of defense and for the chairman of the Yisrael Beitenu party, MK Avigdor Lieberman. She holds a PhD from the University of Leeds, UK in the field of strategic communications. Dr. Bardach-Yalov has a rich research and practical background in strategic communications, public relations, spokesmanship, political campaigns management, political and media consulting.
